DescriptionJust outside the northern entrance to an enclosed homestead (NPRN 275663) lies a cluster of three outbuildings set at the foot of rising ground. The southernmost is a small rectangular structure abutting the north bank of the enclosure perimeter. It measures 5.8m (N-S) by 2.6m internally, defined by the enclosure bank on the south, up to 1.2m high; on the west by a bank 1.5m wide and 0.2m high externally but 0.9m internally due to its floor being cut back into rising ground; and on the north by a bank 2m wide and 0.8m high above the interior. The west bank is much slighter and there is a narrow gap in the south-west corner. The site is overgrown with mosses and rushes and the interior is very wet.
