Description
The Glynn paper mill was active c.1800 - c.1850; surviving remains, which include the mill pond and dam, the mill-race, the rag tank, sheds and walling, suggest that The Glynn was a small hand-mill. Upon closure of the mill, the adjacent manager's house (nprn 408275) was used as a farmhouse, originally called The Glyn and later Whitebrook Farm.
