DescriptionThe northernmost of two rectangular buildings on a natural terrace above the east bank of an upland stream. It presents as a rectangular spread of stones, slabs and small boulders measuring overall 9.5m long (N-S) by 5m wide. There is a possible cross-wall about 2.5m from the lower, north end, dividing the building into two compartments. The upper end is bounded by stony banks 1.4m wide and 0.2m high, the only clear vestiges of walling.
The building forms one component of a deserted rural settlement (NPRN 275677).
