Description
A single-storey with attic, 2-bay building made of rubblestone with segmental brick heads to doors and windows, and with a slate roof. On the front (north) elevation there is a three-light iron window. The Tithe Apportionment of 1846 recorded the site as a factory and cottage, the factory presumably involved in the woollens trade and using water power from the adjacent stream.
