A small, rectangular windowless building, made of stone with a slate roof. There is a door on each of the longer sides, that on the north-west side leading to a field, and on the south-east side to the farmyard. A leat ran past the south-west gable, and a waterwheel once powered a shaft which drove a wooden pulley situated in a trough inside the end of the building.
