Description

St Iago's Church is situated within a curvilinear churchyard, bounded by a road on its west side. The church is not depicted on 1887 Ordnance Survey mapping, but is depicted on 1905 Ordnance Survey mapping. The church is situated some 530m west of the Parsonage, depicted as the Vicarage on 1905 Ordnance Survey mapping, which also shows a footpath connecting the two buildings.

The corrugated iron church and its Vicarage were constructed in 1896 at the expense of James and Sarah Waddingham, Hafod. The church is now a private residence, depicted as 'Yr Helyg' on modern Ordnance Survey mapping.
