This two-storey, plain late Georgian cottage dates probably from the 1840s. It has a double depth plan with entry to right. The exterior is roughcast rendered and painted with a Welsh slate roof and has a red brick stack. There are two windows, all 3 over 6 pane sashes with stone cills, and a plain doorway with 6-panel door under right hand window. The roof has a plain low pitch with stack to left gable.
