Rhosenigr is a large village situated between the western coast of Anglesey and Llyn Maelog, about 10 miles west of Llangefni. There are numerous eateries in the village, including the Oyster Catcher; a fish and chips shop, Sullivan's cafe and brasserie, the Sandymount and Sandy's bar and restaurant. There are also various shops including the post office, an off licence and a surf shop. There is a community hall, two primary schools and two chapels still serving the community - Horeb Methodist chapel (NPRN 8740) and Paran Welsh Presbyterian Chapel (NPRN 8738).
