'Ysgol Gyfun Y Strade is a mixed bilingual medium comprehensive school of well over 1000 pupils, catering for all abilities between the ages of 11 and 18. It was established in 1977 as a mixed Bilingual Comprehensive. A unique school in Llanelli as it's the only Welsh comprehensive school in the area and the only school to have a Sixth Form. Substantial developments have been made to the school buildings over the last few years.'
