Site of the medieval church or chapel of St Meirian, thought to have remained in use up to about 1750.
A rather battered elliptical platform about 16m north-east to south-west by 9.0m and 0.6m high. The foundations of a rectangular building some 18m by 7.5m were formerly visible. This lies within an irregularly polygonal enclosure in the region of 30-34m across.
