DescriptionA ruined chapel, probably early sixteenth century with later alterations. Mentioned in 1535 with a marian connection, the chapel had declined into a farmbuilding by the early nineteenth century. Restored in the earlier twentieth century, the chapel is now a roofless ruin.
A single cell rectangular building with limestone rubble walls and limestone quoins. It has a rebuilt doorway in the west gable wall and a possibly seventeenth century round window in the east wall. The north and south walls both have two lancets, those in the north wall are renewed.
Associated with Penrhyn Old Hall (NPRN 43681).
