OS 1st edition 25in mapping shows three dwellings adjacent to a track or road leading to the foreshore to the north of Landingshipping Brickyard Hotel. There is a fourth dwelling to the south centred at SN00700998. There road leads south-eastwards towards Boardley, Newton Green and Coedcanlass Farm. The dwellings had been removed by the 2nd edition mapping, but the track and small garden enclosures are still defined. Modern aerial photography shows only an open field with slightly scrubby vegetation. The line of the former track is retained in the field boudnary to the east.
