Description
OS 1st editon 25in mapping show a rectangular building measuring 13m x 10m with a smaller building to the south (5m x 2m, saw pit?). 2nd edtion mapping shows the mill complex much expanded to the southwest with an additional building to the southwest of the saw pit. Although partial obscured by tree cover on modern aerial photography, the buildings appear to be no longer substantially extant. However, the building platform is reported to remain with fragments of the east and west walls. The eastern wall comprises stone and brick buttresses.
