Description
This cairn has been built largely of white quartz. The original cairn was a low mound, measuring 4.5 metres in diameter and up to 0.3 metres high and this is thought to be a funerary cairn. More stone has been added to the top of the cairn at a later date, creating a small marker cairn that measures 1.75 metres in diameter by 0.8 metres high. The feature is found in an area of semi-improved pasture with grass and some nettle growth on and around the mound. A second, much more denuded cairn, NPRN 534612, lies 5 metres to the southwest.
