Milestone in the form of a square-headed slate slab, 0.8m high, 0.7m wide and 0.08m thick. It is situated in the junction of the B4407 and the road to Penmachno, and hence is inscribed on both sides. The N side reads, 'Ffestiniog 4?, Llanrwst 13', the S side 'Ffestiniog 4?, Yspytty 6?'. There are 2 metal studs along the top and a hole for a third, along with a bolt hole nearer the centre.
