Description
1. Footings of former thatched cottage 5ms. NW. of former woollen mill, active ca. mid C19, but defunct by ca. 1871.

2. Ty Ffatri was a, 6.55m wide and 7.6m long, house. It had a thatched roof and a fireplace and gable chimney at the NE gable. Only the stone footings of the house and workshop or woollen factory remain; these structures were built pre-1840 by the Parry family of nearby Ffynnonlefrith.
