32 Marine Terrace is a mid-nineteenth century building with Victorian alterations. It is three storeys high with both basement and attic, and has a two-window stucco front with grooved end pilaster strips and rusticated ground floor. The roof is of slate with wide bracket eaves and stock brick and rubble chimney stacks. The windows are sash; full height splayed bay window with cornice and ironwork parapet.
The rear of the building is of rubble with brick voussoirs, sash windows and a brick extension.
