DescriptionHoreb Welsh Baptist Church was built in 1786 (1788-9), and enlarged in 1815; it was later rebuilt in 1826 and enlarged in 1856. It is in the vernacular style, with an unpainted rendered exterior beneath a pitched slate roof. The chapel is entered via a small gabled porch in the centre of the gable facade, with three sqaure-headed windows above. The side elevations each have four square-headed windows, two on the gable level, two on the lower level.
Within, the chapel has a three-sided gallery with carved panel front and moulded cornice, mounted on plain cast iron columns. The majority of the other internal fittings and fixtures are modern additions.
