Llandyrnog Wesleyan Methodist Chapel was first built in 1810, rebuilt in 1836 and enlarged in 1847. The chapel was rebuilt again in 1874, to the designs of architect Richard Davies of Bangor, in the Simple Gothic style with a gable entry plan.
