A row of houses built around the 1920s and 1930s, situated on plots of land sold my Mrs B. A Hunt.  Several of the new houses were built to designs by Charles F. Ellis, Architect of Aberdyfi.  

Many have been modified in recent years, but original features included in the architectural plans can still be seen.
