Description
Solar unit of L-shaped house, lateral chimney, timber-framed walls, followed on front - now stone underbuilt. Main room on ground floor open to roof. Paintings on joists and beams. Wall post of main ground floor room. Depressed arched door heads. To survey and note to file. Timber tudor arched doorway.

Corner House is a late C16th timber-framed, end-jetty cross-wing of 3 bays to a former late-medieval hall-house. (GAW/OMJ/1996)

Wallpaintings; 17th century parlour block: joists and beams of ground floor room painted with floral patterns and formal geometric designs. Destroyed 1972. (DJR/2000)
