Soar (2) Methodist Chapel was built in 1868, rebuilt in 1895 and a schoolroom added in 1936. The present chapel, dated 1895, is asingle-storey and brick-built, in the Sub-Classical Arts and Craft style with a gable-entry plan. It has segmental headed windows with drip mouldings, a pedimented gable, with corner pillasters and tripartite windows over the porch entry.
