DescriptionZion Methodist Chapel was first built in 1816 and then rebuilt in 1846. The present chapel, dated 1846, is built in the Gothic style with a long-wall entry plan. It has stone walls, a slate hipped roof and 4-centred heads to the window & door openings. The windows have timber Y-tracery to the heads and small paned glazing below. By the late twentieth century Zion had been converted into a house, but is now Grade 2 Listed as an early rural chapel sensitively converted for domestic use.
