Bethesda Independent Chapel was built in 1841 and rebuilt in 1889. The present chapel, dated 1889, is built in the Italianate Classical style with a gable-entry plan. The chapel has a pedimental/gable-entry facade with blind arcading, a centre round-arched doorway with fanlight and late nineteenth century panelled door and flanking round-arched windows.
