Public road running west-north-west to east-north-east from Cwm Bargoed to Pontlottyn, SO10000637 to SO09320647. It is a single-track road, shown on the Ordnance Survey First Edition map of 1884 and is still in use. The Brecon & Merthyr Railway (NPRN 85501) passes over it via a bridge (535742).
