Description
1. Agger of Roman road discovered by Hugh Toller. Recorded on RCAHMW APs 985017-48/9.

2. Discontinuous parchmarks represent a 1,100m stretch of Roman road running east-north-east from the site of the Penmincae fortlet (NPRN 276085).
Three separate sections are apparent: a 250m stretch from SO00995396 to SO01235401 - see comment 1 above;
a 200m stretch running up a slope from SO01585408 to SO01775412;
a 90m stretch centred onSO02025422.

Part of the route, RR623 (NPRN 400954), running between Beulah (NPRN 92153) and Castell Collen (NPRN 95708).
