A sub-oval enclosure, about 76m NNE-SSW by 57m, resting against steep, craggy slopes on the south & west, defined elsewhere by three lines of crescentic ramparts/banks, not necessarily contemporary, the innermost originally stone revetted.

A second defended enclosure (Nprn93528) is situated across an abrupt narrow valley, about 130m to the west.
