Earliest part of building dates from C16th, part of what is now the dairy. Some of original walls of the medieval hall remain.

Rest of house of later date; 3 storey parlour block dtaing from 1630. Stone spiral stair in parlour, elm block stair in attic. OAk beams decorated with cyma or lamb's tongue stops. (G.Muter 1995)
