DescriptionTwo-storey country house said to date from the eighteenth century with later additions, in the late nineteenth century it served as the Rectory for the parish of Llangwyfan until it was sold by the church in 1907. During the first World War the house was used as a hospital for British soldiers and a certificate to this effect signed in 1920 by Sir Winston Churchill hangs in the reception hall.
