DescriptionDarren Road Methodist Chapel was built in 1889 in the Classical style with a tall, well proportioned facade with four, marginally glazed, round-headed windows (two on the ground floor, two on the upper floor) and a central triple light window over the doorway. The chapel had a gable-entry plan, two storeys, and stairs at the front of the chapel leading to a gallery on three sides. Darren Road closed in 1985 and in 1988 this chapel was demolished.
