Penuel Methodist Chapel was built in 1883 in the Lombardic/Italian style of the gable-entry type. It was a two storey chapel, with entrances at either end of the gable and stairs to the gallery that ranged around three sides of the interior. The chapel was closed in 1980 and by 1995 had been demolished.
