DescriptionFoundation stone laid 1830. Rear range late C18, altered, with extension of 1873 and C20. 3 storeys. Ashlar (penmon Stone). Slate roof. H-plan, with main front, to Castle Street. 10-panel door to entrance. Rear front facing the Green. Very good staircase to interior of open flights in large oblong enclosure, with Grecian metal decoration to balusters, in wooden frame, on lower flights (central and flanking return flights), and half-spiral to second floor.
