Number 22 forms part of a long two-storey row of the higher numbers 16 and 30 High Street, Cowbridge. Whilst probably dating to the early C19, it is a two storey building with a slate roof which shares a common roofline. It has a twentieth century shop front on the ground floor and two twelve-pane sash windows on the first floor with a roughcast facade.
