1. Sheep track marked as Roman Road on 1901 OS 6" map. None of the features of a Roman road.
2. OS County series (1889) portrays a distinct section of track, c480m overall, ascending Craig Las, which exhibits 12 abrupt changes of direction as it negotiates the steep slopes below the crags.
An 'immemorial sheeptrack', a similar trackway ascends c.1.0km to the E below Rhiw Gwredydd.

3. A zig-zag trackway ascending the northern escarpment of Cadair Idris. No doubt linked to peat-cutting or pastoral agriculture on mountain top. Recorded during RCAHMW aerial survey.
