Description
1. Late medieval. Stone. 8 segmental arches. 8 cutwaters and recesses each side. Chamfered arch rings. Ancient Monument.

2. Probably C15 or C16, although mention of an earlier bridge on or near this site in a trial of 1368. Constructed of local red sandstone. 8 segmental arches over the River Dee, separated on both sides by prominent pointed cutwaters. Narrow, single carriageway, spanning c84m.
