DescriptionAn early nineteenth century two storey house in the Regency style, with additions of 1911. Change of use to hotel involved the construction of a large additional wing in the 1970s. The principal elevation of the original house faces south, across terraced gardens, commanding extensive views across the Usk valley. This is a three bay front with a cental advanced three window bow. The north-west facing entrance front has a classical pedimented porch. The house is stucoed, with a hipped slate roof.
