Site of Nant Gwyllt saw mill house. 2 storey structure, approx. 20m long x 12m wide. Entrance on N side. Chimney stack placed centrally. Built c. 1905 for saw mill and dam workers. Still in use as store by Elan Valley Village Trust (RSJ 2000).
