Description
The enclosure at Daggers Hill, The Grondra, is a bivallate hilltop enclosure, recorded as a cropmark on air photographs. The enclosure is egg-shaped in plan, with a strong inner ditch and a partial outer palisade trench noted on the east side. A narrow, simple entrance is possibly located at the north tip. The west circuit runs through rough ground and may survive as an earthwork on the ground.
