A mound, c.30m in diameter and 6.5m high, with a summit 14m in diameter, formerly showing traces of a ditch, set on a spur between a 15m high river terrace and a stream gully. Traces of a possible bailey ditch have been observed c.33m to the S, amid modern farm buildings.
