Well defined cropmarks of an oval defended enclosure, univallate except on the east side where the entrance forms a short out-turned, sharp-angled antenna linked to traces of a partial outer enclosure. The main univallate enclosure measures approx. 90m north-south by 81m east-west, enclosing 0.5 hectares. An area of quarrying and clearance immediately to the north may already have destroyed part of any outer enclosure on this side. First recorded during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance in 1996 ( 965082/43-4; 965110/41 ) and recorded again during aerial survey on 8th July 2013 (frames AP_2013_2648-51)
