Probably late C18th with alterations of late C19th.
Three storey, three window hotel; render front, slate roof rendered end chimneys. Three second floor windows set at eaves with small pane sashes. First floor has three large sixteen panehornless sashes with stucco voussoir lintels. Ground floor in rusticated stucco with stone shallow plinth. Centrally placed doorway has bracketed canopy; to L singe sixteen pane horned sash, to R two sixteen pane horned sashes.
