The Lledwigan limekilns are located on the Bulkeley estate and Ordnance Survey County Series mapping (Anglesey XVIII) dated 1888 shows the works in operation with several tramways accessing the quarry workings. The two double kilns were constructed circa 1850s and later. The substantial remains including ruinous limekilns, workshops and a limestone quarry were photographed during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance on 20 March 2005.
