Description
Cutting on the hillside and embankment on the valley side of the canal. Shows the heavy engineering of the feeder. Built in 1804-08 as part of the navigable feeder from Horseshoe Falls on the Dee to Trevor basin by the engineers Thomas Telford & Thomas Denson. Visited on 08.09.2006, both earthworks intact and cutting wooded.
