Description
Built in the C18, this is a large Georgian house divided into two apartments. It has three storeys and a basement and is rendered and painted with a pantile roof and brick end stacks. It has a three-window front of horned sashes with cambered heads, 9 pane to the top floor and 12-pane to the first floor, whilst the ground floor has tripartite sashes either side of a central remodelled doorway with a bracketed hood and overlight. There is also a lead downpipe on the right.

It is listed as a Georgian house range and for group value especially with the attached houses and others in Upper Church Street, Middle Street, the upper part of Bridge Street and St Mary Street.
