Description
A farm establishment centred on a rectangular building of drystone construction with gable end preserved to a height of 4m in which there is a fireplace. Overall the building is 7m x 5.5m in plan with walls about 0.8m thick. A probable upper floor or attic is represented by a crude surviving corbel. To the immediate west of this building is a group of seven clearance cairns and to the SW an enclosure 11.5 x 4m set against a field wall. The structures and cairns are evidently similar in date and use.
