A probably hafod complex with four well defined conjoined structural compartments, consisting of a single room almost square in plan (4m x 4m) an adjacent, also almost square byre (4m x 4m). There is a small yard (5m x 4.5m) in front of the entry to the room where there is also a possible pen, while to the NE there is an egg-shaped enclosure about 8m (max) in diameter.
