Country House. Small lobby entry end chimney house, enlarged late 19th century ?1905 on stone, Timber framed lath and plastered partition, Date stone 1814 on chimney stack, oven in fireplace added, Interrupted tie-beam, Spine beam. Later Oven inside fireplace(RC)

Lluest Aber Caethon farmstead, now deserted and in ruin. Farm enclosed by stone enclosure wall that runs parallel with stream 50m to SW and stream to N (RSJ 2000).
Additional: Shepherd's cottage dated 1814 with sheep-walk on the site of a 'lluest' or summer-house called 'Clettwr' (RFS 2001).
