Description
This zig-zag shaped fish trap is visible on an historic Admiralty chart (1883-4) and probably comprised low stone walls set with wooden posts supporting wattle fences. It consists of a 'W' shape which may have extended further to the north. The apexes of the 'V's point seaward and are orientated southeast. The entire fish trap runs parallel to the shore and measues approximately 750m from end to end.
