Description
Album of historic views (photographs, postcards, and prints) of principal houses in Monmouthshire, c.1901-1908. The volumes also includes loose images of properties in Wales, and abroad; and an illustration of a painting of 'Louisa, wife of John Scandrett Harford, jun.', taken from 'Annals of the Harford Family', by Alice Harford, 1909. The album is enscribed 'M.H.'. Several of the postcards are addressed to Lieutenant Colonel and/ or Mrs B. Herbert, Abergavenny.
