DescriptionGilead Methodist Chapel was built in 1845 and converted into a schoolroom in 1876, with a new chapel built on a sited opposite. The 1845 chapel was built in the Simple Round-Headed style of the long-wall entry type. By 1993 the building had been converted for use as a vestry. This building is now Grade 2 Listed as a good example of an early nineteenth century small rural chapel.
